We are confident that our skincare will work for you. However, if after 100 days of use you are dissatisfied with your results, we will refund your order.

To make a valid claim, please follow the three steps below carefully.

Step 1: Take a Before Picture

Always take a before picture before you start using the products so that you have something to compare your progress to.

Email your before picture to contact@auoraoffinland.com within 3 days of receiving your products.

Please note: Your claim will be invalid without this step. We ask for this to protect the integrity of the guarantee and to avoid a small number of people taking pictures a few days apart.

Step 2: Use the products correctly and consistently

Follow the use recommendations for a minimum of 90 days.

Please be patient: Speed of results vary from person to person. We use only natural ingredients, so it is important to give the products time to work.

Step 3: Submit Your After Picture

After 90 days of using our products, if you have not seen any improvements in your skin, take an after picture and email it to contact@auoraoffinland.com.

Please ensure the lighting in your after picture is as similar as possible to your before picture.

Claims made more than 120 days after your order date will not be accepted.
