Au’ora of Finland – Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correct at the time of purchase. Au’ora of Finland cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Uncollected or Undeliverable Parcels
Customers are responsible for collecting parcels from designated pickup locations within the timeframe provided by the carrier.
If a parcel is not collected, refused, or cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (including incorrect address details), the parcel will be returned to Au’ora of Finland.
Orders that are refused, uncollected, or returned due to customer negligence are considered fulfilled delivery attempts.
An uncollected parcel is not considered a standard product return.
In these situations:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping and handling costs incurred by Au’ora of Finland may be deducted from the refund
- The remaining balance of the order will be refunded once the parcel has been returned and inspected
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it is considered delivered and subject to the return policy outlined below.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order or delivery of the last item on the order if order comes in many parcels, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- Hygiene and safety regulations prevent us from accepting opened skincare products unless the product is defective
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after returned goods have been received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on payment provider policies.
Shipping costs are only refundable where required by law or when the return is due to an error on our part.
