Subscription Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us at sarah@auoraoffinland.com before their next scheduled renewal date.

EU customers retain their right of withdrawal for the initial subscription order within 14 days of receiving their first delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds for subscription orders follow our standard Return and Refund Policy.
