Worldwide Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide to almost every country.

Customers can choose their preferred shipping method at checkout. We currently work with trusted delivery partners including:

Order Processing Times

We usually pack orders on the same day they are placed.

Orders are typically shipped the following business day.

Please note:

Orders placed on Fridays are packed during the weekend and handed over to the courier on Sunday for shipment on Monday.

We process and ship orders on business days only.

Orders placed before 19:00 EET are usually processed the same day.

Every order is packed with care in Finland.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and courier selected.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

We use flat-rate shipping pricing.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. For example, we currently offer free shipping within Finland for orders over €70. Free shipping campaigns may change without notice.

Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For normal consumer orders, duties, taxes, and import fees are generally included in the final price.

In rare situations, local customs authorities may apply additional charges beyond our control.

For B2B or special contract orders, customs responsibilities may vary depending on the agreement between parties.

Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, please first contact the courier service selected for your order, as they often have the most up-to-date delivery information.

Of course, you can always contact us as well and we will gladly assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues.

Lost Packages

If a package appears to be lost, we will work together with the courier service to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process.

In certain situations, we may send a replacement package while we process a lost parcel claim with the courier company.

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage.

We will arrange a replacement shipment and file a damage claim with the courier service.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact the courier service directly as soon as possible.

We are also happy to help guide you through the process whenever possible.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

*incorrect address information,

*failed delivery attempts,

*or unclaimed pickup parcels,

we will contact you to arrange either:

*reshipment of the order (new shipping costs apply), or

*a refund of the product value excluding original shipping costs.

If you contact us early enough during delivery issues, we will always try our best to help prevent the package from being returned.

Parcel Lockers & Home Delivery

Orders shipped with PostNord and UPS are typically delivered to the nearest parcel locker or pickup point based on the delivery address provided.

If home delivery has been selected and paid for (such as FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Home Delivery), the shipment will be delivered directly to the address provided.
